1. 尺寸与商品信息 | SIZING & PRODUCT INFORMATION
请在下单前仔细查看商品详情、尺寸表及商品说明，并根据自身实际尺寸选择合适的尺码。不同款式的版型、剪裁及弹性 可能有所不同，建议参考尺寸表进行选择。
商品图片可能因拍摄光线、显示器设置等因素而与实物存在轻微色差。商品尺寸亦可能因人工测量而存在合理误差。
Please refer to the product details, size chart and description before placing your order. Select your size based on your own measurements, as sizing, fit and stretch may vary between styles.
Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Minor measurement differences may also occur due to manual measurement.
2. 订单与付款 | ORDERS & PAYMENT
请在付款前确认商品款式、颜色、尺码、数量及收件资料是否正确。订单一经确认，恕不接受因个人原因提出的订单修改或取消。
请确保付款金额正确，并按照结账页面提供的付款方式完成付款。订单将在确认付款后安排处理。
Please verify the selected items, colours, sizes, quantities and shipping details before completing your payment. Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations for personal reasons will not be accepted.
Please ensure that the payment amount is correct and complete your payment using the methods provided at checkout. Orders will be processed after payment is confirmed.
3. 现货与预购 | READY STOCK & PRE-ORDER
除特别标注为 Pre-order（预购）的商品外,官网均为Ready stock（现货）。预购商品的发货时间将根据商品到货情况而定。
若订单同时包含现货及预购商品，订单将于预购商品到货后统一寄出。如需分开发货，请分开下单。
Unless specifically labelled as Pre-order, all items listed on our website are Ready Stock. Pre-order items will be shipped according to their estimated arrival and availability.
Orders containing both Ready Stock and Pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive. If you require separate shipments, please place separate orders
4. 发货与配送 | SHIPPING & DELIVERY
中午 12:00 PM 前完成付款的现货订单当天发货；中午 12:00 PM 后付款的订单，通常将于下一个工作日安排发货。
星期日及公共假期不安排发货。实际送达时间取决于物流公司的运输及配送安排，sooè无法保证具体的到货日期或时间。
Ready Stock orders paid before 12:00 PM are generally dispatched on the same day. Orders paid after 12:00 PM are generally dispatched on the next working day.
Shipments are not arranged on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery times depend on the courier service, and sooè cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time.
5. 退货、换货与退款 | RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
所有商品出货前均会进行检查，以确保商品状况良好。
所有订单一经售出，恕不接受退货、换货或退款。下单前请务必确认商品款式、颜色及尺码。
All items are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in good condition.
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. Please ensure that you have selected the correct style, colour and size before placing your order.
